After growing up in Arkansas, I attended Walla Walla College in the state of Washington and graduated with a B.S. in Biology, Cum Laude in 1981. I earned my dental degree from Loma Linda University in California in 1985, where I was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon – National Dental Honor Society and was given the Semantodontics Award – “Excellence in Doctor – Patient Relations”.

 

I opened my dental practice in 1988 when Flower Mound was a small rural town! In fact, there were no grocery stores and only one other general dentist. I have supported the community’s growth through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, schools and other community organizations. As Flower Mound grew, so did my practice, and in 1997 built a state of the art facility to accommodate my patients. I love providing my patients with quality dentistry in a relaxed, friendly environment, and I’m proud to have won the “Best Dentist in Denton County” for many years.

 

I love spending time with family, friends and the great outdoors. My wife, Carol and I, spend as many weekends as possible at the “little red shack” on Possum Kingdom Lake. We love to ski, build fires and grill steaks with friends. Carol and I love to travel and enjoy planning the next adventure! We have two sons, Austin (who teaches in Spain) and Nathan (who lives in Flower Mound).
