New Patients Welcome

We always accept new patients into our practice and welcome your family and friends. Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and is greatly appreciated.

Office Hours

We are here to serve you from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday. We do have a doctor on call 24 hours a day for needs that arise after hours.

Emergency Dental Care

We offer a 24-hour phone line for your convenience when problems arise after hours. Please call the main office number, 972-539-7759, and you will be given instructions on how to reach the doctor on call. Dr. Cowles or Dr. Galbreath will contact you as soon as possible.

Appointments

Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you are scheduled on a Monday, please contact us by the previous Friday morning. When you are in the office for routine hygiene care, we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want those "highly desirable" early and late appointments. For those of you with children, we are providing the Lewisville and Denton school schedules so that you can conveniently make appointments to suit your needs.

Moving? Need records transferred?

If you are anticipating a move or have moved to another area and want us to transfer your most recent dental records to your new dentist, please print the following form, fill out the pertinent areas and sign. All persons, ages 18 and over, must sign their own release form. Parents can sign for children under the age of 18. You can fax the form to 972-539-4310. As a general rule, we will forward your most recent x-rays without cost to you. Most dentists do not wish to receive your entire chart and details. If they need more information from us, they are welcome to call and we will provide the needed information. Please be aware that if you request anything other than most recent x-rays, charges will apply as stated on the form. Patient Records Access Request Form
